To be considered for housing within the Payson Street III.I Transitional Facility you must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Have a Desire to change your life
Have a minimum of 30 days clean or a woman presently in recovery who has successfully completed a treatment program of six months or more (Emergency situations will be addressed on a case by case basis)
Provide a copy of your discharge summary and continued care plan
Make available all doctors evaluations, medical and psychiatric reports
Submit for review all prescribed medications
Have a sponsor or obtain one while in program
Have a physical examination (exams from your treatment center will be accepted)
Exhibit a willingness to recover
As part of the admissions procedure, you will be evaluated by The Light of Truth Center staff and complete the orientation process. You must follow all house regulations  and participate in random drug analysis. This is your time to work on you!
Before working you will establish a foundation of recovery for the first six months by being actively involved and successfully completing your Aftercare Program.
