At available locations, our service coordination program provides connections to enhance and prolong the independence of our residents. The service coordination program serves to promote and support self sufficiency and independence, through facilitation of a variety of supportive services within residential communities throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This is especially important for assuring that elderly residents and residents with disabilities are linked to specific supportive services that continue and enhance their ability to live independently.We offer runaway and youth services programs providing services to runaway youth and their families in Wisconsin. Our staff members work to improve the support network for both troubled youth and their families through confidential and voluntary crisis intervention, and referral services offered in locations throughout Wisconsin.
