2nd Chance is an Intensive Outpatient Program located in Port St. Lucie on the Treasure Coast of South Florida.  At this location for almost ten years, we have been providing mental health and substance use services to our community of St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River counties.  Our clients are of diverse backgrounds, some self-referrals independently understanding a need for positive change, and other clients accepting and flourishing from referrals from other providers in our community.  We collaborate with psychiatric hospitals, detoxification units, private practice physicians, Mental Health Court, and Drug Court. 2nd Chance is licensed by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families to provide substance abuse services.
